  1. This is Win32s version 1.1.  It allows 32-bit Windows programs
  2. which do not use Windows NT-specific features to run under
  3. Windows 3.1 and Windows for Workgroups.  I am providing it
  4. specifically for use with my shareware Internet mailer program
  5. VanceMail! which can be found in the file vmail104.zip.  It is
  6. the same Win32s that can be used by other 32-bit Windows 
  7. programs.

  9. To install it, unzip the file win32s11.zip onto a floppy or
  10. into an empty directory.  From Windows 3.1 or Windows for 
  11. Workgroups run SETUP.EXE.  Win32s also includes a 32-bit game
  12. called freecell.  It is similar to, but more fun than the
  13. normal Windows solitare game.
